Amber fitted new windows and doors to my house. The workmen arrived promptly, worked really hard, cleared up all the mess and were friendly and polite throughout. It was a pleasure to deal with the company. At no time was I pressurised into extras and I am really pleased with everything.Any queries (there were only two) I have had since have been dealt with promptly and cheerfully. I would definitely use the company again and again.
Unprofessional and unreliable staff. Starting with sending me the wrong window and ending up now after less than a year with bad condensation, mould and the seal coming off. They would not even come and have a look at the windows they installed, insisting the windows are ok and blaming the property. What a client expects from a company when they have concerns about the product? Reassurance and an attempt to rectify the problem, isnt it? Well, Amber Home Improvements proved to be the least professional people I had to dealt with - they just hang up the phone!I just want to ask them: Why causing distress for some clients when you can be proud of what you do instead?
Your after sales is shockingly bad, its been 16 months and you still cant fix our Panoramic doors. Sort it out Amber!!
